Our Story

Crossbridge Financial Group, LLC, has been providing financial planning and investment advice to individuals and businesses since 1997.

As an independent financial firm and Investment Adviser Representatives of Commonwealth Financial Network®, we proudly manage client assets exceeding $1.65 billion (as of January 2025). Our clients trust us to address a diverse array of financial needs and objectives, ranging from individuals approaching retirement to business owners seeking to implement comprehensive company retirement plans. We are dedicated to providing tailored solutions to help meet their unique financial goals.

Crossbridge was founded in 1997 by John M. Adamczuk, MS, CFP®, AIF®, Jerry Randisi, and Thomas Minigiello, who shared a vision of combining their experience to provide an expanded range of services and products for the clients they serve. In 2022, Aaron J. Randisi, CFP®, CRC®, AIF®, also became an owner, building on his experience as an advisor with the firm since 2015. Together, this dedicated team continues to prioritize the well-being and success of each client they work with.

The Crossbridge Financial Group in North Carolina teamed up with the Crossbridge Financial Group in New York in early 2017. After decades in the financial industry and working with Ameriprise Financial, the North Carolina team of advisors chose to join the New York Crossbridge team and Commonwealth Financial Network to enhance client service. Doing so allowed both Crossbridge teams to combine and expand their resources and knowledge, while synergizing an outstanding team of experienced advisors. Working together also opened the door to an expanded range of services, products, opportunities and capabilities, and provided both teams with comprehensive solutions for our widely diverse clientele.
